These are my absolute favorite restaurants in the city—each one is a must-visit! 📍 Tendon Kohaku No words needed—this place always has a line! The Beef Steak Aimori Tendon is seriously unforgettable. 🍱🔥 📍 Cho Dang Tofu My go-to for tofu soup! Their banchan (side dishes) are delicious too. Just be careful—the soup arrives boiling hot! 🍲😅 （I love the broth so much, but halfway through, it’s mostly tofu left—wish there was a bit more soup!） 📍 Ramen DANBO Capitol Hill All about that customizable ramen life. You can pick your egg, seaweed, spice level… They even have a vegetarian menu! The broth is rich, and yes—you’ll likely wait in line. Don’t skip their rice bowl (forgot the name 🙈) and mochi ice cream! 🍜🍚🍡 📍 Daeho Bellevue A bit pricey, but the portions are huge! Their braised short rib pot is enough for two (or more). Everything on the menu is a win—their beef tartare is also a standout. 🥘💥 📍 Pho Bac A classic in Downtown Seattle—basically an SLU office worker’s canteen. The pho is solid, but their fresh rolls are the real star (maybe it’s just the peanut sauce… because I’m obsessed with it 😂). 🍜🌯 📍 Fan Tang Asian Cafe - Newcastle/Kirkland One bite and you’re instantly transported back to China. Authentic doesn’t even begin to describe it—you just have to taste it yourself. Even celebrities have stopped by! 🇨🇳✨ 📍 The French Guys Bakery Not just a bakery—their pastries, breads, and coffee are all top-tier. There was a period when my friends and I went once or twice every week! Try their mini baguettes 🥖 (weird obsession, I know) and their Paris-Brest—it’s the best I’ve had. ☕🥐 📍 Coche Valley Dessert Cafe A hidden gem I stumbled upon!
