The sides are just as delightful, featuring takoyaki, Japanese-style chicken bites, and crepes 😄. The salty-sweet curry mayo sauce + crispy pork katsu + sesame(?) lettuce + brioche bun—though a bit greasy, I absolutely love this fusion combo 😍. ▫️ Honey Miso Tofu $10.25 Taste: 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑 Crispy fried tofu + miso honey mustard sauce—a perfect balance of savory and sweet. Other toppings include lettuce, tomato, cheese, onion, and brioche bun. ▫️ Banzai Bites $5.75 Taste: 🌕🌕🌕🌗🌑 Hearty Japanese-style chicken bites—a bit dry but flavorful. I chose the miso honey mustard sauce, which was uniquely savory-sweet.
