Seattle's Vietnamese Ceiling: Anchovies & Salt

The ceiling of Vietnamese cuisine in Seattle in my heart🌟. Both the food and drinks are so reliably good that you can order blindly without any fear of disappointment. Mac Khen Beef Skewers 🍢 Highly recommended as an appetizer. The beef skewers are tender and juicy, perfectly seasoned—not too salty or greasy, and really whet the appetite😋. Pho Spiced Short Ribs 🥩 The star of the meal✨. The beef short ribs have a beautiful marbling of fat and lean meat, so tender they practically melt in your mouth. The sauce is sweet but well-balanced, reminiscent of Chinese braised dishes. Paired with fragrant egg fried rice, each bite was a huge comfort to my Chinese palate. We originally ordered this hearty dish just because we were starving after playing badminton🏸, but the flavor truly blew us away👍. Northern Sautéed Wagyu Pho 🍜 The restaurant's signature Wagyu beef pho. The quality of the beef speaks for itself😌. It's worth mentioning that the noodles here are wider and thicker, with a chewy, springy texture exactly like what I had in Hanoi eight years ago—personally, I love it✅. Other dishes like the Pork Ribs and Crab Roll are also perfectly suited to the Asian palate. Paired with freshly opened coconut water, it's refreshing and cuts through any richness🥥. But here's the real highlight‼️ The view is absolutely breathtaking. Golden sunset light streams through the floor-to-ceiling windows into the restaurant, while the lake outside shimmers under the evening glow🌇. #Seattle#Seattlelife#Seattleguide#Seattlefood#fooddiary
