📍 Yoka Tea 1101 34th Ave, Seattle, WA 98122 With several new coffee shops opening lately, this one is a hidden gem tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Their matcha is rich and aromatic—personally, I find it better than Taz. The owners (a friendly, stylish duo) are super nice. ✨ Matcha Matcha – I swapped in oat milk. It’s intensely flavorful, perfectly sweetened, and smooth without any graininess. ✨ Matcha Einspänner – Topped with a whipped cream that tastes like savory cheese foam. My friend loved it (it’s made with fresh milk, which I can’t have, alas). ✨ Yoka Einspänner – Surprisingly delicious! Tastes like sipping on tiramisu. You can adjust the sweetness—I went with half sugar. The topping is likely the same as the Matcha Einspänner’s. 🚗 Street parking only, but it’s easy to find.
