Seattle | An Italian Restaurant with Ultimate Satisfaction
This seems to be an underrated Italian spot where the chef skillfully uses spicy and sour flavors to create bold, innovative, yet well-balanced dishes—surprising and delicious! The dishes are meant for sharing, with generous portions at affordable prices. 🐔 Roast Chicken – Possibly the best roast chicken I’ve ever had. The spices and seasoning penetrate deep into the meat, and even the breast remains juicy and tender. The sides are equally outstanding: the roasted cabbage has a smoky aroma, while the marinated red peppers and apple slices perfectly cut through the richness. 🍞 Focaccia – The crust and interior texture are as excellent as expected. The surprise came from the chef’s topping of oil-cured olives and chili flakes, adding a subtle tang and spice that made the bread feel lighter. The accompanying sauce (which I didn’t quite catch the name of) was overly salty and fishy—better to skip it. 🍝 Spaghetti alla Chitarra – A rich pasta with minced lamb and beef sauce, topped with grated Parmesan cheese. Simply aromatic and satisfying! Note: The lamb flavor is quite pronounced, so avoid if you’re sensitive to gaminess. 🐚 Scallop Crudo – A beautiful appetizer featuring scallops paired with a blood orange sauce, topped with fried hibiscus petals and chili rings. 📍 Carrello 622 Broadway E, Seattle, WA 98102 #ItalianCuisine #SeattleFood #SeattleRestaurants #SeattleRecommendations #Carrello #Seattle#foodguide
