Seattle | Cardoon Café
📍 Cardoon 2423 NW Market St, Seattle, WA 98107, United States Noticing that this new spot offered unique Seaweed Latte and Honey Cake, I decided to try both. The coffee wasn’t quite to my taste—it carried a subtle savory seaweed note that felt a bit unusual—but the honey cake was moist, sweet, and reliably pleasant. However, the café had quite a lot of flies and insects buzzing around inside, which reminded me instantly of the vibe from Seattle Fish Guy… I took my coffee and headed out right away, truly impressed by the customers who were still calmly dining indoors. ✨ Atmosphere Notes: The space is designed in a natural, minimalist style with good natural light, though the insect issue did affect the experience. If you're getting takeout, it’s best to order and go quickly; if dining in, bringing some bug repellent might be wise. 🍃 Around the Area: Located on Ballard’s bustling Market Street, the neighborhood is filled with independent shops, bookstores, and vintage markets—great for a leisurely stroll and exploration. — A cup of coffee, a small adventure. Not every flavor may win you over, but it always adds a little story to the day. #Seattle#Seattlelife#Seattleguide#Seattlecoffee#coffee#Cardoon
