We started with Crispy Fried Pork Strips—absolutely my favorite! The chili seasoning was the soul of this dish. For the main course, we tried the Chili Master's Sizzling Pot, a generous bowl packed with meat, assorted offal, and vegetables. Think of it as the Hunan version of mala xiangguo—a bit salty but authentically flavorful and perfect with rice 🍚. We also ordered Stir-Fried Leeks with Dry Chili and Pork. I’ve always loved leeks in Hunan dishes! The fresh leeks paired with their house-smoked pork head meat were incredibly fragrant and not overly greasy ✌🏻. As a bonus, writing a 📝 review gets you a free drink! We grabbed a Iced Lemon Tea and Classic Milk Tea 😂.
