Seattle | Hidden Bainbridge Vietnamese Gem
๐ Ba Sa Restaurant ๐ 101 Winslow Way E, Bainbridge Island, WA 98110 ๐ Not your typical Vietnamese foodโapparently it's infused with French culinary influences, but it's absolutely delicious! ๐ ๐ Spicy Truffle Wonton : Highly recommended by many, but I found it a bit underwhelming. The dish looks like it's drenched in red oil, but it actually has a sweet flavor. The shrimp dumplings are decent, but nothing extraordinary. ๐ ๐ Grilled Pork & Rice : The highlight for me! The egg is a perfectly runny yolk, and the pork is cooked to perfection. The house-made sauce is unique and adds a special touch. Highly recommended! ๐ ๐ Lap Skirt Beef : I ordered it medium-rare, and it was incredibly tender and flavorful. The beef had a nice chew to it, and the accompanying vegetables were fresh and well-seasoned. The garlic was perfectly caramelized and added a delightful crunch. ๐ ๐ Dry Aged Eye of Ribeye Beef Pho : A classic Vietnamese dish with a twist. The beef pho is hearty and flavorful, with generous portions of tender beef. Definitely worth a try! ๐ ๐ Coffee Tea : The Vietnamese iced coffee tea is a must-try! It has a unique, sweet flavor that's surprisingly refreshing. The combination of coffee and tea creates a delightful taste that's hard to resist. โ๏ธ๐ง #Bainbridge #BainbridgeEats #SeattleFoodie #SeattleVietnamese #VietnamesePho #SeattleAdventures #HiddenGems
