Seattle | Hidden Gem Italian Restaurant 🌟
Seared Scallops are Exceptional 📍 Stoneburner 💰 Average spend: $50-100 Today while strolling through Ballard, the aroma led us right into this Italian restaurant at mealtime. The bar area’s decor is super stylish (didn’t get a picture), and the waiter was both handsome and had an excellent attitude. Browsing XHS (Xiaohongshu), it seems everyone comes for brunch, but I highly recommend trying their dinner menu – it’s fantastic, and I must come back to try their pizza. Seared Scallops - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely exceptional, super tender, and delicious – we cleaned the plate! 😋 The scallops are high-quality, large, and perfectly seared to a crispy, tender texture. Paired with the super smooth mashed potatoes and the sweet-tart Fuji apples 🍎, it’s truly out of this world, incredibly delicious. Gemelli - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The twin spiral pasta with black trumpet mushrooms and sausage is super fresh! Not overly creamy, it’s perfectly seasoned, not too heavy, and not too salty for those who prefer milder flavors. Mushroom pasta lovers must give it a try. Dry Aged Toro Steak - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The dry-aged steak is very tender and the sauce has a Korean barbecue vibe. It can’t be compared to steakhouse steaks, but for an Italian restaurant, it’s quite impressive (way better than the one at Wero). #100RestaurantExplorationPlan #Seattle #HiddenGemRestaurant #AtmosphericRestaurant #ItalianCuisine #FineDining #SeattleBallard #SeattleLife #SeattleFoodHunting
