Seattle | Logging a Yummy Korean Restaurant
Recording a super delicious Korean restaurant. Their hotpot and iron plate fried chicken are highly recommended! I’ve been here specifically for their Army Base Stew, which is fantastic and full of ingredients. This time, I came for their spicy pork belly, hahaha, it’s really good, it’s right up my alley! The most, most, most recommended dish is Osam Jumulleok, which has squid, pork, and pork belly. It’s not too spicy, and grilling it on the fire makes all the oil come out of the pork belly, plus that sauce, it’s really awesome. The best dish of the night, hands down. 🙌 We also ordered raw crab, the sauce was delicious, the crab was very fresh, a bit sweet, similar to BCD tofu in LA. This dish was also delicious. The last dish, black goat soup, I loved it too, hahaha. The lamb flavor was rich and delicious. My friend said the meat was a bit tough, but it was already shredded, so it was still good to eat. Today in Seattle, it suddenly rained and snowed. Drinking a bowl of lamb soup on a cold winter day just feels so blissful. This meal was so much more comfortable than yesterday’s Nan Hotpot 😂😂. I started having stomach pain before I even got home yesterday, too spicy, I couldn’t handle it, hahaha 🫠🫠🫠 #SeattleEats #SeattleFood #SeattleFoodie #KoreanCuisine #Seattle #SeattleKoreanFood #SeattleKoreanCuisine #SeattleDeliciousKoreanFood #MustEatInSeattle #WhatToEatInSeattle #SeattleDining #SeattleFoodAndDrink #SeattleFoodieLife
