Seattle | Newly Opened Pho in Issaquah Left Me Surprised 🍜
👉 Inside Issaquah Plaza, there’s a new shop that just opened in mid-September, according to their sign. With the recent cool weather, I’ve been craving something warm every day. After work, I wanted to visit the big Costco in Issaquah and stopped by this place. The decor is super cute and very Instagrammable, with an average cost of about $20 per person, which isn’t bad. 👉 My husband and I ordered a hot stone pho and a beef ribs pho, and both were fantastic. Especially the hot stone pho, which comes with a stone pot where you cook the beef slices right at the table. It’s so ceremonial that I feel like I don’t need to go to ID for pho bac. The hot stone pho also comes with beef balls. The beef ribs pho had two large, tender beef ribs. It’s a real man’s favorite. 👉 Recently, I’ve discovered that Issaquah has some nice spots. After eating, we walked around REI, where members get a $20 gift card back when they spend$100. That’s like getting a bowl of pho for free! #SeattleLife #AmericanLife #Seattle #FoodExploring #SeattleEastSide #SeattleVietnameseRestaurant
