Seattle | Raku's New Branch is Now Open! 🍲 Japanese-Style Sushi-AYCE
"Semi-AYCE" Model: Broth and meat are charged separately, while vegetables, meatballs, fruit, and appetizers are all-you-can-eat at no extra cost! 🍲 We both ordered the Sukiyaki broth Rich and authentic flavor—especially delicious when dipped in egg wash! 🥩 Meat Choice: Beef Flap Meat Ambiance & Service: Neat and tidy environment, service was standard (as expected from a new spot!) 💰 Pricing: ~$50 per person. Each person must order at least one meat course and a broth. Extra meat orders are cheaper—the first course includes the AYCE side items. 🍦 Same soft-serve cones as The Dolar Shop—creamy and satisfying! 📍 Raku Shabu Shabu We also tried the USDA lean beef (budget option)—more tender than the flap meat, which was pleasantly chewy. Both were great! Portion Size: 7oz per meat order—thick-cut and hearty. Two of us left completely full. AYCE Tips: Don’t miss the juicy bursting fish balls! Veggies were fresh. For sukiyaki broth, load up on tofu, meatballs, and quail eggs. Pro tip: Dilute the broth with water toward the end before eating more greens! #Seattle #Sukiyaki #SeattleFood #SeattleWeekend #AYCE #Foodie#foodguide#Seattlelife
