Seattle | Spanish Paella & Tapas
Paella - Squid Ink ๐๐๐๐๐ So delicious I'm speechlessโand I'm usually not a big rice eater ๐, but I couldn't stop scooping from the pan! Going with a group means you can try more tapas without the "minimum 2 orders" restriction. Grilled Octopus Leg ๐๐๐๐๐ I order this every time! Online reviews are mixed, but based on my experience, the texture depends on the part of the octopus leg ๐. Thinner legs tend to be drier, while thicker ones are wonderfully chewy and flavorful. Lamb Chops ๐๐๐๐๐ A must-order! Even as someone who doesnโt usually enjoy lamb, I loved these. Cooked to a perfect medium, tender with visible layers, and tasting almost like steak ๐ฅฉ. The Yukon gold potatoes on the side were also delicious! Tortilla Espaรฑola ๐๐๐๐๐ The Spanish potato omelet totally won me overโit felt oddly familiar. Layers of potatoes bound with egg, crispy on the outside and soft inside, with a light savory seasoning I really enjoyed. Mussels ๐๐๐๐ The mussels were fresh and tender, paired nicely with Spanish chorizo. Hard to go wrong with this dish! Bacon-Wrapped Dates ๐๐๐๐ Dates wrapped in bacon ๐ฅโI didnโt try these, but my friends gave them a thumbs-up ๐๐ป. Their cocktails are a safe betโno disappointments here. I had one with mint ๐น (and maybe a hint of coconut, though it was subtle). All in all, this is one of the few restaurants in Seattle that left a lasting impression on me! #Food #Seattle #Paella #SpanishCuisine #RestaurantRecommendations #FoodDiary #SeattleFood #SeattleEats#foodguide#seafood
