📍🌊 Golden Gardens Park I’d heard about Golden Gardens Park soon after arriving in Seattle, but it wasn’t until last weekend that I finally visited—and I wish I’d gone sooner! ☀ Beach: The sand at Golden Gardens Park is soft and comfortable, unlike the rocky beaches commonly found elsewhere. It’s perfect for walking dogs, spending time with kids, strolling, playing beach volleyball, or having a picnic. Across the water, the majestic Olympic Mountains stand tall, and in the afternoon, you can often see sailboats gliding across the sea. 🏃‍♂ Park: Beyond the beach, the park features jogging and walking trails that wind through lush greenery along the coast. Here, you can feel the ocean breeze and listen to the soothing sound of waves crashing. 🌅 Sunset: True to its name, Golden Gardens Park is indeed a "golden" place to watch the sunset in Seattle. In the evening, as the sun dips below the horizon, golden light washes over the entire beach, bathing the park, sailboats, and seabirds in a warm glow.
