Seattle has truly plunged into summer in the blink of an eye! 🏖️ Just a couple of weeks ago, we were bundled up in long pants and sleeves, and now, this weekend, the air conditioners are already humming away. This past weekend, I had the delightful experience of taking a ferry ride with my good friend @Papabear to Lake Crescent for some street photography. 🚢📸 The moment we arrived, we were greeted by the lake's mesmerizing, translucent sapphire-blue waters. 💎🌊 It was a scorching day, but the gentle breeze along the lakeshore provided a refreshing respite, making us feel instantly at ease. 🍃😌 As we strolled along the lake's edge, we couldn't help but notice how the buildings adjacent to the lake made for perfect photo backdrops. 🏠✨ Each structure seemed to tell its own story, adding a touch of charm and character to our snapshots. And let's not forget about the breathtaking view of the Olympic Mountains in the distance! ⛰️👀 Their snow-capped peaks were crystal clear against the bright blue sky, creating a picturesque scene that was simply awe-inspiring. It was as if nature itself had put on a show for us, showcasing its most magnificent creations. 🌄🙌 Walking around Lake Crescent, we were immersed in a symphony of sights and sounds. The gentle lapping of the waves against the shore, the chirping of birds in the trees, and the distant laughter of other visitors all blended together to create a harmonious atmosphere. 🎶🌳😄 It was a moment of pure bliss, where time seemed to stand still, and all that mattered was being present in that beautiful setting. I truly hope that Seattle can hold onto this sunny, summer weather and bid farewell to the gloomy, rainy days of winter. ☀️🙏 There's something magical about the way the sunlight dances on the water, casting a golden glow over everything it touches.
