Seattle | The New Spot by Canlis’ Sous Chef

Value Exceeds Expectations 🤩 Our dining experience at Atoma left all four of us thoroughly satisfied! Average spend per person: $100-120 We tried the drinks and desserts offered by the restaurant. Compared to Canlis, Atoma feels like it offers better value for money 🤩 Although the environment and views might not be as impressive as Canlis, the dishes were excellent, especially the main courses which were superior in flavor and texture 👍🏻 Starters: ✅ Chicken housse: The bread was incredibly delicious, and the sauce that came with it was fantastic. We even ordered an extra portion 🍞. ✅ Crumpets & butter were also great, with a texture that reminded us of iron pot bread. Main Courses ✅ Beef coulotte: The beef was cooked to perfection, juicy and tender. ⚠️ Black cod had a slight fishy taste, not quite to my liking. ✅ Pork collar was good too, but it couldn’t beat the beef! If you’re indecisive, go for the beef! 🥩 Desserts ✅ Gelato is my top choice; they keep updating the flavors, keeping us in anticipation 🤩. 🌟 Atoma provided us with a delightful dining experience, with reasonable prices and impressive dishes. While it might not have the unique charm of Canlis, it certainly has its own culinary merits, making it a worthwhile dining experience to try 🤗 #FoodExploration #HiddenGemRestaurant #Seattle #finedining #WhatsForDinner #100RestaurantChallenge #NewRestaurant #canlis #atoma
