Seattle | Tsukemen at Menya Musashi
📍 Menya Musashi Tsukemen & Ramen Visited the Japanese tsukemen (dipping noodles) spot in Capitol Hill—my first time trying this style of eating! We ordered two classic tsukemen varieties: Original Tsukemen Black Tsukemen The noodles were pleasantly chewy with great texture 😄. The broth for the original version was rich and hearty—a top choice for fans of traditional tonkotsu fish-based flavors. The black version, enhanced with black garlic oil, offered a deeper, more aromatic taste with complex layers. There’s also a limited Yuzu Summer Tsukemen 🍋, served cold. The noodles carried a refreshing yuzu fragrance, complemented by lemon slices—tangy and perfect for beating the summer heat. The bento box 🍱, by comparison, was just okay. The portion was modest (similar to takeout size), though the curry was fairly tasty 😌. #Seattle #SeattleFood #Tsukemen#Seattletravel#foodguide#Ramen#Japanesefood#Seattlelife#Seattlediary
