Seattle 🇺🇸 | A Happy Roundup for Korean Soup Lovers!

Rainy days in Seattle ☔️ can feel a bit gloomy… But nothing cheers up a Korean soup fan like a warm, comforting bowl! 🥳 🥣 Bon Korean Cuisine That day, I was craving something bold and flavorful, so I ordered the Spicy Blood Sausage Soup—so warm and packed with ingredients! The Beef Bone Soup was light and clear, and my family loved it. Personally, I’m a big fan of their Pork Spine Soup, which comes with lots of perilla leaves. If you’re not into the taste of perilla, skip this one. But if you love it, go for it! 💥 🥣 Cho Dang Tofu A long-time favorite! I stumbled upon this popular tofu soup spot during the most exhausting days of moving to Seattle. The fried fish appetizer is so good—I always end up stealing my family’s portion too 😂 It totally reminds me of BCD Tofu House! Their Stone Pot Bibimbap and Beef Short Ribs are also delicious. 🥣 The Third Place Checked the menu on Google Maps and thought it was a big restaurant, but it turned out to be a cozy little spot. Went for a late lunch on a weekday—the place was quiet and freshly cleaned. I ordered the Kimchi Stew, and it hit the spot! Not too sour, just the way I like it. The prices are also more budget-friendly compared to other places. Next time, I’m trying their fried chicken! 🍗 🥣 Pike’s Noodle Randomly walked in with a friend and realized it’s super popular—apparently, it’s opened by Baek Jong-won? (Not 100% sure, but his photo’s on the wall 😆) The menu is extensive, featuring dishes like sweet and sour pork. The place was filled with Korean customers, which felt like a good sign! Portions are HUGE! We tried the Pork Jajangmyeon and Seafood Noodle Soup—both loaded with ingredients. Another time, I had their Beef Soup, which was unexpectedly light and deeply comforting after a long, tiring day. ❤️‍🩹 Any other must-try Korean soup spots in Seattle?
