Seattle - An omakase spot perfect for the minimalist crowd

SAI Sushi & Sake The whole place consists of just Chef Sai and one other kitchen staff, with only four seats at the sushi bar. Two guests, and it’s like having a private dining experience. 🧑‍🍳 The chef is a pure minimalist; aside from greeting you at the door, he doesn’t initiate conversation 😄. The menu presentation is all about speed (comes with a paper menu, so no more worrying about not understanding the chef’s descriptions of ingredients). 🍣 The overall quality of the dishes is good, nothing disappointing, but also nothing particularly stunning.
