Seattle Autumn HikešŸ A Trail with Mountain Views

šŸ“ Heybrook Trail The weather forecast predicted rain over the weekend, but I woke up to bright sunshine—so I immediately headed to Heybrook Trail. Little did I know, this would be the most pleasant surprise hike of the fall! It’s a perfect beginner-friendly trail, less than 2 hours round trip, where you can even cross a small stream along the way. The trail is short, but the beauty along the way is breathtaking. Look up, and you’ll see towering forests reminiscent of Olympic National Park’s rainforests; look down, and the ground is covered in crimson maple leaves and moss-covered fallen logs. The air even feels sweetā˜ļø. šŸ“ About 1.5 hours’ drive from Seattle, limited parking—arrive early. šŸ“ Round trip about 5km, takes 1.5–2 hours. šŸ’« The trail is short but fairly steep—hiking poles are helpful. There are water crossings, so waterproof shoes are recommended. šŸŒ„ Free to access—no Discover Pass required. #Seattle#Seattlelife#Seattleguide#Seattletravel#travelguide#hiking
