📍Seattle Brunch Spot | DERU
📌 723 9th Ave, Kirkland, WA 98033 A pretty popular brunch place on the Eastside — but be prepared to wait! 🕚 Got on the waitlist at 11 AM on a Saturday and waited a solid 1.5 hours before getting a table. Here’s what we tried: 🍗 FRIED CHICKEN + GRAVY The star of the show! The gravy is so good, I literally wanted to lick the plate clean. 👅💯 🥚 Eggs Benedict The most expensive item we ordered, but sadly… below average. Not worth it. 🍕 Meat Pizza Let’s just say… it’s been a while since I’ve seen a pizza that looked this unappetizing. 😬 🥣 YOGURT + THE CHEF'S GRANOLA A refreshing combo of yogurt, granola, fruit, and syrup — not too sweet, with nice layers of flavor. This was my second time here, and honestly, besides the fried chicken, I still haven’t found anything else worth waiting in line for. Probably won’t be giving it a third try. 👋 #USA #SeattleLife #Seattle #SeattleWeekend #WeekendVibes #HiddenGemEats #SeattleEats #SeattleBrunch #FoodReview #SeattleFoodScene
