Seattle Burger Joint | Truffle Beef Burger that’s Soul-Satisfying

Tipsy Cow Overall, it’s a fun burger joint with a menu offering over a dozen different burgers, each with its own unique font and style (designer’s joy), and even the bathroom signs feature cute little bull illustrations. Although the price of a burger meal here could buy me two visits to Shake Shack, the portion size and satisfaction are also doubled. 🍔 The Winemaker $21.5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Warning ⚠️ This burger might make you detox from ordinary burgers The juice soaks into the cheese, the spiciness of the onions, the richness of the truffle sauce, and the crunch of the alfalfa sprouts create a symphony of flavors that explode in your mouth. Truffle lovers, just go for it. 🍔 TIPSY BURGER $18.95 🌟🌟🌟 The 7oz beef patty is cooked to medium well by default, so thick it makes you wonder if the chef is showing off. The beef’s fat and the crispy edges mixed with the perfectly melted cheese are divine. The downside is the standard lettuce, tomato, and onion combo, safe but boring. I suggest upgrading to truffle fries or sweet potato fries for an extra $3. 🥠 Cow Tails $15 🌟🌟 Beef mince mixed with red onion and cheddar cheese, wrapped in pastry and deep-fried. Tastes like the rebellious cousin of an Indian Samosa. The sour sauce makes you wrinkle your brow: is it an appetizer or a challenge? It’s not as effective as a salad for cutting through the grease of the burger.
