The panoramic window view stretches across Lake Washington, with Seattle on one side and Bellevue glowing on the other. ✨ We enjoyed a five‑course tasting menu — the first two dishes were delightful surprises. 🦪 Oysters were top‑tier, seasoned with a light hand that let the natural brininess shine. 🥩 Main course: American Wagyu — cooked precisely, rich and tender as expected. But what truly stood out was the service.
