Seattle Early Spring Outing | Japanese Garden 🌿 and Botanical Garden
Sharing my visit to the Japanese Garden and Washington Botanical Garden last Saturday~ Saturday turned out to be a sunny day, with plenty of sunlight around 1 or 2 PM, and the plants were bustling with life 🥳🥳🥳 The Japanese Garden is like a miniature version of a botanical garden, with a view at every step, exquisitely designed. Although there were no cherry blossoms, there were some camellias, little squirrels, and even ducks swimming upside down 🫠🫠 I really enjoy the stones and streams inside, with burbling water, the tender green grass in early spring, and the continuous stream of visitors enjoying the outing. The stress from a week’s work on cows and horses instantly dissipates 🙃↕️🙃↕️ Moreover, there are seats along different paths where you can sit down and appreciate the scenery in front of you, which is very pleasant 😌 Exiting the garden, the path leads straight up to the botanical garden. The botanical garden is vast, composed of many small gardens, each with its own characteristics. Compared to the delicate Japanese garden, the botanical garden is more in line with the American style of nature, rugged, and vibrant. There are many paths to choose from in the botanical garden; you can either take a flat path or wander into the forest. No matter which way you go, immersing yourself in such a beautiful forest is an incredibly happy thing. Walking along, I saw several beautiful cherry blossom trees with many people taking photos. The happiness was multiplied 🥰🥰 Continuing forward, as you walk, you can smell the scent of water, a familiar smell. Following the small stone path, I was surprised to find myself at the edge of a lake, with a calm surface and tranquil blue hues. The anxiety and worries on my body were slowly dissipating. Looking at the lake, my mind was filled with images of Eren, what lies beyond the sea? Sitting on a chair by the lake, resting, I rethought a recent recurring idea, what is true freedom, really. #SpringOuting #SeattleWeekendLife #SeattleDailyLife #EmbracingSpring #MeaningOfLife #EveryDayIsWorthRecording
