🦐 Seattle Exploration | Funko - The American Version of Pop Mart
“Seattle, how many more surprises do you have that I don’t know about.” Bored during the long rainy season, I searched and found out that the headquarters of Funko figures is actually in Seattle 🤣 Seattle is a magical place with surprises waiting to be discovered in every quirky corner 💫 I bought Funko figures in my first year in the U.S. They are famous for their cute square-faced bobblehead figures. Here’s a summary of the highlights of the Seattle headquarters: 🍓 The range of IPs is comprehensive and up-to-date: Japanese anime, Disney princesses, NBA, Friends, Marvel, Harry Potter, Stranger Things series, and all kinds of IPs are available! 🍓 There’s a special section where I thought it was a convenience store selling food, but it turns out they just put the figures in blind boxes like soda cans and bottles haha Who wouldn’t want a 100% organic cute figure? 🍓 You can DIY your own Funko! And the production speed is pretty fast, basically, you can get it in about 20 minutes. This feels like the most interesting activity at the headquarters (ps: I didn’t make mine because there was really no hairstyle that suited me 😭 🍓 There are many blind box series, with super mini designs, complete with packaging boxes and acrylic stands. They’re perfect for someone like me who loves buying cute but useless items. 😂 💫 In summary: It’s a great way to pass the time during the endless rainy season. It takes about 40 minutes to browse, and you can also take some cute photos. The figures are pretty adorable. My friends and I came out with a bag each haha. Now they’ve also launched many blind box series. How can this not be considered the American version of Pop Mart? 🤣 #SeattleLife #SeattleWeekend #SeattleSurroundings #HappyWeekendMoments #WhereToGoOnTheWeekend
