Seattle Exploration | Stunning Experience with Japanese Wagyu BBQ 🥩

📍Bellevue Downtown 🏠 Restaurant: Itadaki Yakiniku Japanese BBQ Reservation: Can be made via restaurant phone, official website, or OpenTable. I didn't have high expectations for Japanese restaurants in Seattle, but Itadaki Yakiniku gave me a huge surprise. The restaurant environment combines modern decor with Japanese style, creating a perfect atmosphere for a date. Unfortunately, the top-tier "Rubik’s Cube" and Wagyu Tongue Toro were sold out that day. It's recommended to make a reservation and order before 5 PM if you want to try these dishes. However, every dish we tried that day was excellent. 👇 What We Ate That Day 👇 1️⃣ A5 Wagyu Belly: Delicate marbling, tender and smooth, paired with yuzu pepper, the slightly spicy citrus aroma balances the richness of the wagyu, refreshing the palate. 2️⃣ Premium Beef Tongue: Marinated with salt koji, tender and elastic, the light saltiness brings out the sweetness of the meat. 3️⃣ Angus Skirt Steak: Tender and fatty, soaked in a mature BBQ sauce, tender yet chewy, the sauce is sweet with a smoky flavor, rich in taste. 4️⃣ Uni Lobster Hand Roll: The lobster sashimi is sticky and chewy, paired with the creamy sweetness of sea urchin, the sushi rice has a rice vinegar aroma, rich in layers. 5️⃣ Wagyu Uni Hand Roll: Seared wagyu combined with sea urchin, salted koji egg yolk sauce adds a silky texture, finished with a special sweet sauce, rich in layers. 6️⃣ Foie Gras Sandwich: Crispy outside and tender inside, paired with steak sauce and mustard toast, rich and balanced in flavor. 7️⃣ Salt Koji Wagyu Tartare: The wagyu is delicate, fermented with salt koji for a soft texture, caviar enhances the flavor, but slightly lacks in layers. 8️⃣ Pickled Cherry Tomatoes: Sweet tomatoes with a fruity aroma and a plum aftertaste, slightly sweet but refreshing. 9️⃣ Shiso Ginger Yam: The fresh aroma of shiso paired with ginger juice highlights the silky and crisp texture of the yam, very refreshing. 💕 Summary: ✔️ Itadaki Yakiniku is perfect for a date or enjoying a meal with a great atmosphere. ✔️ The staff will help with the BBQ, and you can control the pace. ✔️ The restaurant offers dedicated parking, and the staff can validate parking tickets. #HiddenGemRestaurantShare #SeattleLife #AroundSeattle #SeattleCuisine #JapaneseBBQ #100RestaurantsExplorationPlan #JapaneseYakiniku
