Seattle Fine Dining: First Experience with Filipino Cuisine
The restaurant is quite small and unassuming on the street! 🏢 To be honest, the location is pretty average; the street is a bit dirty and messy. We arrived on time, and the service was excellent! 👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 There’s a touch of creativity in the menu. They paired 4 different types of juices with each course (juices are an additional charge). Each dish was exquisite, with distinct textures and layers of flavor. 🍽️ The surprise star of the night was the unassuming little buns that were so QQ (chewy and bouncy). The glutinous texture paired with the rich buttery aroma – one was just not enough! 🥐 Although each dish was just a bite, it was surprisingly filling. Halfway through, the waiter asked if we were full and would provide extra portions if we weren’t, including more steak and salad. There’s no need to be shy about it. 😊 My siblings and I all requested extra steak, which was pre-paid at the time of reservation. 💰$241 per person If you add juice, it’s an additional $69 per person, making it a total of$310 per person. #Seattle #SeattleRestaurants #SeattleDateNight #SeattleFood #PacificFlavors
