🍽️ Starters: Lark house made bread service 🍞 – half of the bread was delicious, the other half not so much Yellowtail tuna crudo 🐟 – a bit on the salty side Olive oil sardine tartine 🐟 – the sardine soup was flavorful and well-balanced 🍝 Fettuccini: Braised wild boar with porcini cream sauce, goat cheese, and black truffle over fettuccine. The flavor was decent, nothing too unusual in the seasoning. 🥘 Wild Coho Salmon: Wild silver salmon served with smoked clam cream, hedgehog mushrooms, dill, and rye berry risotto. The grains had a texture similar to barley and rice soup—comforting. The fish and sauce were tasty. 🍹 I also ordered a mocktail that must have had something potent in it—I ended up wide awake all night! 📍 Lark Restaurant: 952 E Seneca St, Seattle.
