The crispy fried fish is served with a sweet and sour tomato-based sauce, topped with pine nuts, green peas, and diced carrots — refreshing and appetizing with a crispy outside and tender inside. 🦆 Beijing Roast Duck (Half, $48.00) The classic accompaniments were just what I missed — thin pancakes, scallions, cucumber, and sweet bean sauce. The duck skin and meat were fine, nothing extraordinary, but rolling it up yourself felt wonderfully nostalgic and satisfying! 🐟 Grandma’s Crispy Fish（$16.95） A cold appetizer! The fried fish skin is super crispy, reminiscent of childhood snacks. Tasty especially because it’s sweet — best enjoyed with rice. 🍚 White Rice（$2.00） PS: After ordering, they served a small complimentary side — simple pickled cabbage. I was a bit hungry, so it was perfect for a little starter. Honestly, the ambiance is quite nice — suitable for friend gatherings or hosting guests, with a refined and elegant feel.
