Seattle Food 🥘|Creative Thai Restaurant with Great Vibes near UW 🎉

Sharing a wonderful Thai restaurant near the University of Washington—great flavors and reasonable prices. Here's the address first: 📍 Sisi Kay Thai Eatery and Bar: 1612 N 45th St, Seattle. Located in the UW area. Ambiance: Housed in a charming two-story standalone building, we visited on a Sunday around 2 PM when it wasn't crowded and sat on the second floor. The interior is filled with Thai-style decor, making you feel like you're in a cozy wooden house in Thailand. Parking 🅿️ is street-only and can be tricky to find. What We Ordered: 🍕 Tom Yum Pizza: $12.95. A must-try appetizer! The pizza is baked fresh, so the server said it would come out with the main dishes. Topped with shrimp and squid, the crust is thin and crispy. The tom yum sauce is slightly salty. I'm not usually a big tom yum fan, but this pizza was surprisingly delicious! Portion is modest—two slices each for two people, just enough. 🥘 Roasted Duck Curry: $16.95. Feels like a fusion of Peking duck and Thai curry. Fragrant and flavorful, the duck leg is tender and not greasy. The curry even includes lychee for a refreshing touch—a perfect dish with rice. 🦀️ Crab Fried Rice: $19.95. A solid crab fried rice with generous amounts of crab meat. The rice is lightly seasoned, allowing the crab's natural sweetness to shine. The portion is huge—enough for two with leftovers. The only downside is that it could use more vegetables. Overall, this spot is definitely worth a visit—beautiful presentation, good value, and authentic Thai atmosphere that makes the dining experience feel truly special. #Seattle#Seattlelife#Seattleweekend#Seattlediary#Seattlefood#foodguide
