Seattle Food - Chan Seattle

๐Ÿ“ A modern Korean restaurant in downtown Seattle, similar to Paju, but in my opinion, itโ€™s more tailored to a Chinese palate ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป Alaskan Black Cod ๐ŸŸ The photo didnโ€™t do it justice, but the taste was fantastic ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป. The black cod is cooked in a rich, fermented soy sauce broth, exuding a savory and delicate flavor. Both the fish and the ๐Ÿฅ• inside are very appetizing with rice. A half portion is enough for two people ๐ŸŒŸ Grilled Black Angus Hanger Steak ๐Ÿ‚ You have to try the stone pot bibimbap when eating Korean food ๐Ÿ˜‹. The hanger steak is full of aroma, tender, and juicy. The rice inside is mixed with butter, also fragrant. Eating a bowl of bibimbap with plenty of โ€˜wok heiโ€™ on a โ˜”๏ธ day is super satisfying โค๏ธ The Beef Sliders and Steak Tartare are also worth a try. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and located in the city center, but parking isnโ€™t very convenient ๐Ÿ…ฟ๏ธ Also, BOO Seattle is so much fun ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ.
