Seattle Food - Chan Seattle
📍 A modern Korean restaurant in downtown Seattle, similar to Paju, but in my opinion, it’s more tailored to a Chinese palate 🙌🏻 Alaskan Black Cod 🐟 The photo didn’t do it justice, but the taste was fantastic 👍🏻. The black cod is cooked in a rich, fermented soy sauce broth, exuding a savory and delicate flavor. Both the fish and the 🥕 inside are very appetizing with rice. A half portion is enough for two people 🌟 Grilled Black Angus Hanger Steak 🐂 You have to try the stone pot bibimbap when eating Korean food 😋. The hanger steak is full of aroma, tender, and juicy. The rice inside is mixed with butter, also fragrant. Eating a bowl of bibimbap with plenty of ‘wok hei’ on a ☔️ day is super satisfying ❤️ The Beef Sliders and Steak Tartare are also worth a try. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and located in the city center, but parking isn’t very convenient 🅿️ Also, BOO Seattle is so much fun 🤣🤣.
