Seattle Food - Chan Seattle
๐ A modern Korean restaurant in downtown Seattle, similar to Paju, but in my opinion, itโs more tailored to a Chinese palate ๐๐ป Alaskan Black Cod ๐ The photo didnโt do it justice, but the taste was fantastic ๐๐ป. The black cod is cooked in a rich, fermented soy sauce broth, exuding a savory and delicate flavor. Both the fish and the ๐ฅ inside are very appetizing with rice. A half portion is enough for two people ๐ Grilled Black Angus Hanger Steak ๐ You have to try the stone pot bibimbap when eating Korean food ๐. The hanger steak is full of aroma, tender, and juicy. The rice inside is mixed with butter, also fragrant. Eating a bowl of bibimbap with plenty of โwok heiโ on a โ๏ธ day is super satisfying โค๏ธ The Beef Sliders and Steak Tartare are also worth a try. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and located in the city center, but parking isnโt very convenient ๐ ฟ๏ธ Also, BOO Seattle is so much fun ๐คฃ๐คฃ.
