Seattle Food - El Encanto
๐ A sister restaurant to COMO in Kirkland, but unlike COMO, El Encanto specializes in Mexican cuisine ๐ฒ๐ฝ Tomahawk Steak ๐ฅฉ Off the hidden menu ๐, cooked to a perfect medium rare, the steak has a crispy exterior while maintaining a tender and juicy interior. The taste is phenomenal, and the fatty parts burst with โjuiceโ when you bite into them ๐. The avocado sauce ๐ฅ on top of the steak, along with the grilled cheese ๐ง on the side, not only enhances the flavor but also cuts through the richness. One steak is more than enough for 2 to 3 people to share. Highly recommended! ๐๐ป The restaurant offers a variety of tacos, and my personal favorite is the shrimp ๐ฆ. Some of the other meat options can be a bit salty. The free chips are good, not greasy at all ๐ Just like COMO, the decor is beautiful, located by the water, which must be an amazing view on a nice day ๐คฉ. Itโs perfect for gatherings with friends or a romantic date! #SeattleFood #SeattleFoodHunting #SeattleSteak #SeattleMexicanCuisine #WhatToEatInSeattle #SeattleLife #Seattle
