Seattle Food - El Encanto

📍 A sister restaurant to COMO in Kirkland, but unlike COMO, El Encanto specializes in Mexican cuisine 🇲🇽 Tomahawk Steak 🥩 Off the hidden menu 🌟, cooked to a perfect medium rare, the steak has a crispy exterior while maintaining a tender and juicy interior. The taste is phenomenal, and the fatty parts burst with “juice” when you bite into them 😋. The avocado sauce 🥑 on top of the steak, along with the grilled cheese 🧀 on the side, not only enhances the flavor but also cuts through the richness. One steak is more than enough for 2 to 3 people to share. Highly recommended! 👍🏻 The restaurant offers a variety of tacos, and my personal favorite is the shrimp 🦐. Some of the other meat options can be a bit salty. The free chips are good, not greasy at all 😄 Just like COMO, the decor is beautiful, located by the water, which must be an amazing view on a nice day 🤩.
