Seattle Food - Sugo Hand Roll Bar
Had my birthday last week 🎂 and finally tried this hand roll 🌿 that I’ve been wanting to check out. The restaurant is located in Pike Market, which I pass by every time I shop there. There’s a parking lot nearby 🅿️ Seared Ora King Salmon Sashimi 🐟 There aren’t many appetizer options, but I highly recommend this seared salmon sashimi 🌟. The fish is of moderate thickness, and after a slight sear, the crispy skin and the fresh texture of the fish complement each other perfectly 😋. Paired with salmon roe that resembles Boba, it’s delicious and appetizing. Wagyu + Uni + Ikura Hand Roll 🐂 The wagyu, uni, and ikura hand roll is a must-order 🙌. The creamy uni combined with the juicy wagyu is like the essence of both the ocean and the land, and one bite is incredibly satisfying 😝. Uni + Caviar Hand Roll 🍣 The uni and caviar hand roll is just as good as the one above. The freshness and texture of the uni are on point, and the delicate sweetness of the uni complements the salty burst of the caviar perfectly 👍. The chef even added extra uni for us, haha. In summary, as long as the ingredients for hand rolls are fresh, the taste won’t be bad. Just order according to your preferences. The service is a bit slow, so you might end up getting hungrier as you eat 🤣. I celebrated my birthday after a long time 🍾. I wanted to write some reflections, but it felt a bit melodramatic 😂. I just hope to live each day naturally, cherish the present, and always treat others like how you want to be treated :) Life is long, no need to rush 🍀. #SeattleLife #SeattleFood #SeattleFoodie #SeattleJapaneseCuisine #Seattle
