✨ Seattle Food Adventure|Sea Wolf Bakers

The first thing I did after waking up on Sunday morning was head out to buy bread. 🔹 Sea Wolf Bakers 3617 Stone Way N Suite 101, Seattle Arrived at 11:30 AM—found parking and waited in line for about 15 minutes. Some breads were already sold out, but there were still fresh batches coming out of the oven. I quickly grabbed a full loaf of White Sourdough ~ $11 and a Chocolate Croissant ~ $5.50. Next time, I want to try their savory croissant—it looks topped with chili flakes, a bit unusual but seems popular! 🥐 First, the croissant Perfectly flaky layers! The chocolate filling is rich and bittersweet—not overly sweet at all. You can smell the butter and chocolate just holding it in your hand. Highly recommend! 🥖 Sourdough loaf As soon as I got home, I sliced and froze it right away (cutting was tough—might need a better bread knife). The crust was beautifully crispy, with lovely holes and that signature tangy sourdough aroma. Toasted, it becomes wonderfully chewy and textured! ⬇️ Two simple but satisfying ways to enjoy it 🥑 Savory: Avocado + fried/poached egg + ham/smoked salmon 🍯 Sweet: Banana slices + nut butter + a sprinkle of cinnamon and honey #Seattle#Seattlelife#Seattlefood#Seattlebread#breadshop
