A brand-new innovative tapas spot that just opened this May inside Seattle's 1 Hotel! 🌿🎶 The restaurant boasts stunning decor with lush greenery throughout, creating an insta-worthy atmosphere. The live band adds such a vibrant energy to the space - perfect for date night or special occasions! The menu is curated and compact - we highly recommend going for their tasting menu to sample all their signature dishes in one go! 👌✨ Standout Dishes: 🐚 Scallop Crudo - Buttery soft with a sweet oceanic freshness 🍆 Eggplant Parmigiana - Melt-in-your-mouth tender with the perfect sweet & tangy balance 🐟 Black Cod - Rich and fatty with a delightful kimchi kick for contrast A few quirks - service was leisurely paced (great for chatting, not for hungry diners!), and they accidentally gave us an extra order of scallops (oops! 🤣). While the experience was lovely, flavor-wise I'd still pick Itto's Tapas for more bold tastes.
