Seattle Food Discovery | Impressed by Lebanese Cuisine at Hanoon
While shopping at Totem Lake, I noticed Hanoon, a Lebanese 🇱🇧 restaurant with a nice ambiance, and decided to give it a try. It was my first time trying Lebanese food—and I was instantly blown away! 1️⃣ Appetizers Must-try: the hummus, or go for the Moushakal—a sampler of four dips including hummus. It’s served with three Arabic bread pieces (like naan), perfect for scooping up the dips. You can order extra bread for $3 for three more pieces 🫓. 2️⃣ Shared Plates We ordered Batata Harra (crispy, mildly spicy fried potatoes with sauce) and Fresh Cheese Dumplings (made with sheep’s cheese). Both were absolutely delicious—no regrets 😍. 3️⃣ Entrees We tried the Lamb Kefta Kebab and Shish Taouk (chicken skewers). Both came with a fresh vegetable salad 🥗—healthy and satisfying. The lamb was our favorite 🥩. 4️⃣ Note: The dinner menu differs from the lunch menu, so we missed out on the highly recommended Chicken Shawarma. If you want to try it, be sure to visit at noon! 💃 📍 Hanoon 12670 120th Ave NE 166, Kirkland, WA 98034 🅿️ Park at Totem Lake Mall—super convenient! #Seattle #SeattleLife #SeattleDaily #SeattleFood #SeattleArea #SeattleWeekend #FoodDiscovery #LebaneseCuisine#Hanoon
