A steakhouse located in Bellevue’s Bravern, right next to Hermès 🐎 Seven Flavor Prime Tenderloin Bites🥩 The beef tenderloin appetizer is stunning ❤️ It’s seasoned with seven different flavors including lemongrass and orange peel, offering a rich layering of tastes that linger on the palate. It has a hint of braised flavor, highly recommended 😋 Dungeness Crab Cakes 🦀 The crab cakes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, packed with crab meat. Like the beef tenderloin, the seasoning has an Asian twist, sweet and spicy, and not greasy at all~ Eye of the Rib Steak🐂 The 12oz American Wagyu is best enjoyed at medium rare for tender and juicy meat with the perfect balance of fat. Sprinkled with a bit of sea salt and pepper 🧂, it’s a delightful bite. If it gets too rich, you can always order a salad 🥗 The restaurant offers some tastings, and personally, I think the experience is better than Ascend.
