Seattle Food Exploration - Marugame Udon

The newly opened Hawaiian-style udon noodles ๐Ÿœ at Southcenter reminded me of the long queue I once endured on Oahu to get a taste ๐Ÿ˜‚ I prefer the Nikutama Udon, which comes with a generous amount of toppings and a cozy onsen egg ๐Ÿฅš. The broth was a bit salty by the end, though. ๐Ÿ˜… The self-serve tempura is okay, but it seems like there are fewer varieties here than in Hawaii, and itโ€™s missing the soulful spam musubi ๐Ÿฅน.
