Seattle Food Exploration - Marugame Udon

The newly opened Hawaiian-style udon noodles 🍜 at Southcenter reminded me of the long queue I once endured on Oahu to get a taste 😂 I prefer the Nikutama Udon, which comes with a generous amount of toppings and a cozy onsen egg 🥚. The broth was a bit salty by the end, though. 😅 The self-serve tempura is okay, but it seems like there are fewer varieties here than in Hawaii, and it’s missing the soulful spam musubi 🥹. It’s a good spot to drop by for a bowl if you’re passing by or it’s a rainy day. 🙂 #SeattleFood #WhatToEatInSeattle #SeattleFoodExploration #SeattleLife #Seattle
