Seattle Food Exploration - Marugame Udon
The newly opened Hawaiian-style udon noodles ๐ at Southcenter reminded me of the long queue I once endured on Oahu to get a taste ๐ I prefer the Nikutama Udon, which comes with a generous amount of toppings and a cozy onsen egg ๐ฅ. The broth was a bit salty by the end, though. ๐ The self-serve tempura is okay, but it seems like there are fewer varieties here than in Hawaii, and itโs missing the soulful spam musubi ๐ฅน.
