Seattle Food Recommendation | The Addictive Eel and Egg Gratin Rice

I really want to recommend this place. I didn’t have high expectations because I saw some not-so-good reviews online before going, but after eating here, I was really impressed. Una Tama Jyu ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Highly recommend their eel rice! The eel is flavorful and not too salty, and it’s very rich and satisfying! Paired with eggs and onions, it’s a super match, making it a cut above ordinary eel rice! Almost every grain of rice is infused with a light sauce, just the right amount of flavor, not greasy at all. Everything blends in perfectly, making it easy to finish all the carby rice. A strong recommendation!!! Sake Ochazuke ❤️❤️❤️❤️ The salmon tea soaked rice is actually quite ordinary. We paired it with green tea, which was actually nice, and the salmon didn’t have a fishy smell as mentioned on Xiaohongshu. However, it felt like there were a bit too few toppings. It would be better with more nori fragments. Overall, it’s a dish you could go either way on. Mentaiko Special ❤️❤️❤️ I think it’s called Mentaiko Cheese Rice Ball? A very unique texture, with the spicy mentaiko and melted, dried cheese. Eating the rice and crispy sea salt together in one bite is something you should try, but it’s not particularly stunning. Una Avo Musubi ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I really love the combination of eel and avocado, and together, they are even better. The only downside is that there seems to be a bit too much rice, but the taste is really good! I was left wanting more after eating it. It’s tastier than the eel and avocado sushi you’d find in an average sushi restaurant! Bite after bite! My friend and I, two girls, were really hungry and ended up ordering a lot and couldn’t finish it all. We thought the bill would be expensive, but to our surprise, it was only about 30+ per person! That’s a great value for money! So I really recommend everyone to come and try it!! In the culinary desert of Seattle, it really deserves a chance. #SeattleFood #SeattleEats #SeattleWeekend #SeattleRestaurants #SeattleJapaneseCuisine #SeattleFoodShare #SeattleFoodRecommendation #SeattleJapaneseCuisineRecommendation #SeattleRestaurantCheckIn #SeattleRestaurantRecommendation
