1️⃣ Appetizers Don’t miss the Couple’s Beef Slices—authentic and flavorful—and the Happy Cold Mung Bean Noodles, which are refreshingly tangy and delicious 🍱. 2️⃣ Main Courses This time, we ordered Stir-Fried Bamboo Shoots with Pork Stomach, Dry Pot Pork Intestines, and Stir-Fried Pork with Pickled Long Beans—all as satisfying as ever! Previously tried favorites like Chongqing Spicy Chicken, Stir-Fried Yellow Beef, Golden Soup Fish Slices, Tofu Fish Fillet, and Stir-Fried Chicken Gizzards with Pickled Long Beans are also highly recommended ‼️ 3️⃣ Vegetable Dishes I always go for the Lotus Pond Moonlight—the only non-spicy option, yet full of color and flavor. The Dry Pot Cured Meat with Cauliflower is another solid choice 🥗. 4️⃣ Drinks & Desserts My personal favorite is the Osmanthus Fermented Rice Milk Tea. If you enjoy ice jelly, you must try the Osmanthus & Hibiscus Ice Jelly ❤️. 📍 300 NE Northgate Way, Seattle, WA 98125 🅿️ Parking is available in the mall lot, right next to Target. #SeattleLife #SeattleDaily #SeattleFoodReview #SeattleFood #SeattleTravel#TianFuSeattle
