Seattle Fremont Recommendation 🦑 SabbVerr Thai Bar
💰 Average Cost: $40, great value for money, the quality of the food is worth the price. 🍽️ Ambiance: The restaurant has a high-end atmosphere, with attentive service. I heard there’s a bar in the evening, so I’ll definitely come back to experience it at night. 🌟 Recommended New Dishes Turf’s Special (beef skewer): The steak is cooked to medium rare by default, with a rich charcoal aroma. It comes with two sauces: a green sauce with bell pepper and garlic, and a red sauce with Thai five spices and fish sauce. Surf’s Special (fruit salad): The shrimp also has a strong charcoal aroma, with tender meat and a crispy burned part. The only downside is that there’s not much to eat; the spring rolls are about the same quantity. The spring rolls contain crab sticks and avocado, which was a pleasant surprise for my first try. The fruit salad is savory with a fresh mint flavor, including watermelon, grapes, lychees, and strawberries. 🍲 Other Recommendations Sum Tom Tard Sabbverr: Papaya salad, available in Thai or Laos style. I chose the traditional Thai style. The luncheon meat is pure meat with a visible texture. Both the luncheon meat and chicken wings have a sweet and sour flavor. BBQ Squid: Charcoal-grilled squid skewers, although the flavor is a bit mild, the texture is nice, perfect for those who enjoy the original taste. The restaurant pays attention to detail and breaks away from traditional Thai cuisine, offering a fresh and surprising taste experience. Overall, it’s on par with the neighboring Kin Len Thai, without the need to queue, but the menu has fewer items. #ThaiCuisine #HiddenGem #ExoticFood #RestaurantRecommendation #FoodieCheckIn #Seattle #RestaurantRecommendation #SeattleLife #SeattleSurroundings
