💕The three main dishes were adana kebab, which seemed to be the best of the three, perfectly grilled with a nice texture; ali nazik with lamb, I couldn’t see the eggplant but it might be in the white sauce, the lamb was tender and easy to eat; kuzu shish kebab consisted of several large chunks of grilled lamb, the toughest and most substantial of the three with lean meat. 💕We ordered the rainbow hummus with four flavors, the yellow one was the best, I’ll just order the yellow one next time. All the flavors had a delicate sweetness. 💕The homemade ayran is their signature drink, a diluted yogurt with salt and a hint of herb, but I couldn’t taste the herb. The diluted yogurt had a bit of an odd texture but was drinkable. 💕For dessert, the birds’ nest was also finely sweet, but not American-style sweet, so it was very acceptable. It was crispy on the outside and soft inside, aromatic and delicious.
