Seattle French Cuisine 🍴 L’oursin 🐌🦪🥩🐟🦆
Capital Hill has quite a few notable restaurants 🍴 I did a little online search 🔍 and this place looked promising. The tables and chairs aren’t particularly fancy. But the menu looks quite good, and the taste lives up to the price. We ordered oysters 🦪, which were delicious, cleanly prepared, and no fishy taste. The snails 🐌 were also good, served with parsley butter and baguette 🥖. The beef tartare was also amazing, sprinkled with Japanese scallions, it was perfect! For the main course, we had halibut, which also included mussels and was very fresh. And the French dish must-have, duck leg 🦆, was richly seasoned, came with Toulouse-style sausage, and Roncho gordon beans puree. We were also served a soup to start.
