Seattle Fried Chicken | Hangry Joe's Hot Chicken — Pretty Good!

This is a chain spot specializing in Nashville‑style spicy fried chicken. There's one in Seattle, but I went to the Kirkland location. They have 6 spice levels — the highest is called "Angry Hot". The menu says you have to sign a waiver for that level, with no refunds — if you dare to try, you’re on your own! 😅🌶️ 1️⃣ Chicken Sando Compared to other chicken sandwiches, theirs uses a long, flat fillet. I chose Mild — just a hint of spice. The chicken is marinated, not dry, tender‑crisp, and slathered with sauce. Tasty! 2️⃣ Waffle Fries So good — crispy, well‑seasoned, and unique. Way better than Shake Shack’s, honestly! 3️⃣ Wings & Drumsticks Tried Medium and Soy Garlic. The soy garlic version is saucy/wet; I preferred Medium — dry, coated in what tasted like chili powder + maybe cumin. Crispy and flavorful! Overall: Tasty!
