Seattle Has So Many Delicacies Vancouver Can’t Get🍰
Guys! Driving from Vancouver to Seattle was such a blast🤩 I ate so much that I couldn’t walk anymore! There are so many delicious foods that you can’t find in Vancouver, and my friends all praised me for being such a great restaurant picker~ I’m opening a record post to make it easier to revisit next time! It’s super convenient to drive from Vancouver, perfect for a last-minute trip🚗 💡 Important Reminder! 🇺🇸 Evus will start charging in October! If you have a US visa, it’s recommended to renew it in advance—it’s valid for two years. If you don’t have a US visa yet, finding a reliable helper will save you a lot of trouble~ 🔥 Food List (Must-Try for Road Trips! No Misses) 🦞 Crawfish Chef (American Seafood Cajun) I’ve been wanting to try American Cajun seafood for a long time. After browsing many restaurants, I chose this one with a 4.8 rating. Four of us ordered Combo 5, which includes crawfish, snow crab, shrimp, potatoes and corn. We chose House Special sauce with medium spiciness, and it was absolutely amazing! The seafood fried rice is full of wok hei and super flavorful! 📍 Address: 1645 140th Ave NE B6, Bellevue, WA 98005, United States 🥩 Makchang Drama (Korean-Style Beef Intestine) We went straight to Tacoma for beef intestines after climbing Mount Rainier! I’ve been craving beef large intestines since coming back from Korea, and finally got to eat them! We ordered Combo B, which includes beef large intestines, beef small intestines, beef tripe, and beef brisket. Note that it only opens at 4pm, don’t go too early~ 📍 Address: 9205 S Tacoma Way #104, Lakewood, WA 98499, United States 🍛 Kin Len Thai Night Bites (Budget Thai Food) Budget-friendly and large portions! The 2in1 Pork Rice has crispy pork belly and tender pork knuckle, which is more delicious than many Chinese restaurants! The grilled beef tongue is fragrant and crispy! 📍 Address: 3517 Fremont Ave N, Seattle, WA 98103, United States ☕️ Phe (Vietnamese Internet-Famous Coffee) Although it’s a bit pricey and has long lines, it’s really delicious! Recommended C6 Black Sesame Coffee and M1 Banana Pudding Matcha Latte. The banana pudding has banana puree and cake, topped with toffee crumbs, which pairs perfectly with matcha—unlocking a new way to drink it! 📍 Address: 721 E Pine St, Seattle, WA 98122, United States ✨ Extra Tips I was so happy with this trip that I’ve already started planning the next visit! For friends like us who decide to go on a trip last minute, if you don’t have a US visa, applying for a visa appointment yourself will be scheduled until the end of the year, which is way too late. Fortunately, I later found Jingcheng to help, and the whole process was super smooth—they not only filled out the complex DS-160 form for me one-stop, but also grabbed an expedited appointment slot, and even provided mock interview guidance. It’s really suitable for people who are afraid of trouble, have no time, or have never handled it! I also plan to use them for the Schengen visa next time! #CanadaLife #GlobalFoodExplorers #Seattle #FoodieDiary #RoadTrip #USFood #VancouverFood
