🍲 Seattle Hidden Gem All-You-Can-Eat Hot Pot – $28.99/person ✨

Recently discovered this AYCE hot pot spot near North Bellevue's Asian market and instantly fell in love. Price is $28.99 per person, plus an optional $3.99 for sauces and side dishes. Broth bases range from $4–$5 each. 🍲 Broth Bases We chose: tomato, tom yum, Sichuan green peppercorn, and pork stomach & chicken! My favorites were the green peppercorn and pork stomach broths—veggies cooked in these broths tasted amazing. 🥬 Ingredients Loved their fatty beef, mushrooms, and lamb. I usually don’t eat much lamb, but here it was so fresh with no gamey taste. All ingredients were fresh, clean, and well-prepared. 🍡 Special Side Dishes I really enjoyed their spring rolls, and the shrimp paste stuffed fried dough sticks were unique! Also a big fan of their sesame balls—though the only letdown was that most sides were served a bit cold. Warm sesame balls would have been even better. ✏️ Final Thoughts Overall, I’d say this place is truly worth it. My dining buddy and I left so full we just lounged on the couch when we got home, haha. The meat was fresh and neatly sliced—you can tell the restaurant cares about quality. 📍 Location & Tips Perfect for group gatherings or casual weekend meals. They also offer a sauce bar with fresh herbs, garlic, and house-made sauces to customize your dip. Weekends can get busy, so going earlier or on weekdays is recommended. A cozy, satisfying, and budget-friendly hot pot experience that keeps you coming back for more! 🥢✨ #Seattle#Seattlelife#Seattlefood#hotpot#Seattlediary
