Seattle Hidden Gem Restaurants 🏴☠️✨
A roundup of my favorite go-to spots from the past month — ones I’d happily visit again and again! 🇮🇹 il nido 📍 West Seattle Thanks to Amex Resy benefits for leading me here! Ordered the burrata, focaccia bread, salami, and handkerchief pasta — all highly recommended! The pasta truly elevated the whole dining experience 🍝💫 Dessert: Tiramisu topped with smoked coffee bean crumbs — mix it well before eating or you’ll get a mouthful of beans! 😂 Rating: 5/5 🌟 🥪 Hushy's Sandwiches Just… delicious. Seriously good! Their house-made focaccia bread is outstanding. Tried the pork cutlet with kimchi sandwich and the roast beef — both amazing, and the sandwiches are huge! 🥪🔥 Rating: 5/5 🌟 🌮 Frelard Tamales My vote for Seattle’s best tamales! They have a convenient takeout window for quick pickups, but you can also dine in. The same space houses a brewing company 🍺, so you can pair your meal with local beer. The menu is small (also offers tacos, mostly available during the day), but what they do, they do well.
