Recently discovered spots I’d happily visit again this past month! 🍝 il nido (West Seattle) Thanks to the Amex Resy benefit for helping me find this one! We ordered: Burrata, Focaccia Bread, Salami, Handkerchief Pasta — all highly recommended. The pasta really elevated the whole meal. For dessert, the tiramisu comes topped with smoked coffee grounds — make sure to mix it in, or you’ll get a mouthful of coffee beans! 5/5 🥪 Husky’s Sandwiches Simply delicious. Their house‑made focaccia is outstanding. Tried the pork cutlet kimchi sandwich and the roast beef — both amazing and generously sized. 5/5 🌮 Frelard Tamales I’d call these the best tamales in Seattle. They have a take‑out window for quick pick‑up, or you can dine in (the space is also a brewery, so beer is available 🍻).
