Seattle Hot Pot Alert‼️ Fresh-Cut Beef to Die For
They don’t offer large shared pots—each person gets their own individual soup base. Dual-flavor broths typically cost around $10. For two people, we recommend ordering a set meal, which includes one soup base with unlimited noodles and rice. 💜 The signature silver broth is delicious—a chicken and pork stomach soup 🐓. We also tried the spicy numbingly flavorful broth, and it was fantastic. 💜 The fresh-cut and hand-sliced beef is incredibly tender and fragrant! Their beef 🥩 is so reliable—it’s on par with the freshness of Chaozhou-style beef hot pot. 💜 The shrimp paste included in the set meal was outstanding—bouncy, tender, and packed with whole shrimp pieces. 💜 The sauces are all top-notch. The house-blended soy sauce is perfectly balanced—savory with a hint of sweetness. The sesame sauce is rich, and I personally loved the dried shrimp sauce too. 💜 The snack station keeps getting better! It includes kimchi, edamame, candies, fruits, and more. The ice jelly station is a standout—you can customize your own premium bowl with fresh fruit bits, hawthorn flakes, nuts, popping boba, and more. 👀 They also offer geoduck sashimi sourced from Washington—it looked plump and fresh. We didn’t order it this time (just two of us), but it’s a must-try next visit! 💜 At the end, they served complimentary ice cream 🍦—creamy, smooth, and even the cone was crispy and fragrant. A perfect sweet finish! The service truly rivals Hai Di Lao—seating was quick, the staff explained the menu in detail, and even helped us mix dipping sauces. They consistently refilled our broths throughout the meal. 📍 The Dolar Shop 11020 NE 6th St, Ste 90, Bellevue, WA 98004 #Seattle #TheDolarShop #BeefHotPot #BellevueEats# The Dolar Shop#HotPot#Seattleguide#Seattlelife
