Seattle Italian Pasta 🍝 Affordable, Generous, and Delicious

🍝Pasta is a home-style comfort food in Italy, but in Seattle, most restaurants charge a premium — typically starting at $30 or more. By chance, I discovered this place and have been back several times. 🥰 Later, I found out it's actually part of a small local chain with three locations across Seattle! I've visited the UW and Capitol Hill branches, and the flavor is consistently excellent. Each dish is under $15 and the portions are huge — one serving leaves me completely satisfied! vMy favorite is the Black Truffle Mushroom pasta 🍄‍🟫. The earthy richness of the mushrooms pairs perfectly with the aromatic truffle flavor — so rich and comforting! 🛎️ I always add smoked chicken sausage for an extra layer of flavor.
